Rules & Settings
Everything the game modes score.
This overview explains the available modes, their scoring and the settings you can use before or during a match.
4 Modes
1-8 players depending on mode
3 darts per visit
Players
Players are added in setup by name. Empty names and duplicate names are ignored.
- 301 / 501, Cricket and Around the Clock allow up to 8 players.
- Cricket starts from 2 players.
- The other modes can start with one player.
Visit
A player throws up to 3 darts. Then the app automatically switches to the next player.
- Hits are clicked directly on the board.
- Use Miss to record a missed dart.
- Use Undo to revert the last step.
Storage
Running games are stored locally in the browser. When reopening the mode, the last state is restored.
- New game fully resets that mode.
- Clear list only removes players in setup.
The goal is to mark every board field exactly once. An already marked field counts as a miss.
- Single, double and triple fields are counted separately in the table.
- Misses count toward the drink score: one miss equals 25 ml.
- After 3 throws, the active player changes automatically.
- When all fields are marked, the app shows the scoreboard by hit rate.
Add player adds new names to the round.
Skip player immediately switches to the next player.
Correct field resets a field by player name and field ID.
Reset board deletes score, players and marked fields.
Each player starts with the selected start score. Hits are subtracted from the remaining score. Whoever reaches exactly 0 and satisfies the out rule wins the leg.
- With Double Out, the last hit must be a double or Bull.
- A remaining score of 1 or a negative score is a bust; the visit is reset to the round start value.
- With Double In, points count only after the first double hit.
- Average is shown as a 3-dart average from scored points and thrown darts.
Start score 301 or 501.
Out rule Single Out or Double Out.
In rule Straight In or Double In.
Legs to win 1 leg, Best of 3, Best of 5 or Best of 7.
The targets are 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15 and Bull. A target is closed with 3 marks.
- Single gives 1 mark, double 2 marks, triple 3 marks.
- Extra marks score while at least one opponent still has that target open.
- A player wins when all targets are closed and they do not have fewer points than an opponent.
